They did a nice job but my only thing is give your customers updates on their vehicle when it come to when it done mine was only supposed to take a day and they never called or anything so I give the a couple of days still didn't hear anything and I called didn't get anyone left a voice mail never got a call back so I got a hold of the owner then I finally got a call back from the body shop

I’m satisfied with the workmanship done on my vehicle. However the way that my repair was handled by the service manager was unprofessional.

The way that my repair was handled by the service manager was unprofessional. She did not keep me updated on the timeline of my vehicle being completed and disregarded my phone calls. All I wanted to know is if my vehicle would be ready on the day she told me it would be done. After two phone calls where I left messages to please just call me as I was traveling to Ann Arbor and would be able to make arrangements to pick the car up on my way by. Because I did not get the courtesy of a return call I stopped by and spoke with her personally. She admitted she had got my call but had not called me back. No apology for not returning my calls. There was still one more thing to do on the car and it would not be done until the next day. Then I finally called the next day after waiting for a call to tell me it was ready later in the afternoon and was told she was gone for a week on vacation. She had not scheduled it for an oil change as requested so it was delayed another day. All she had to do is keep me updated and she failed poorly in that respect.
