I had a wonderful experience all around! Kathy and the entire team at College Collision were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful not only in doing an amazing and speedy job at getting my Subaru back on the road, but also with navigating the collision claim. The work done was top notch and my car is as good as new. They were also very respectful and understanding of my need to have my vehicle in a timely manner. And Kathy was always available for questions and guidance through the process, which I greatly appreciated. It’s never easy to deal with a car accident, but she made it easier! I would highly recommend College Collision’s services to anyone!

super nice and responsive. Work is gorgeous. The replaced radiator did some overheting and I have not had time to fully suss out my addition of the orange american fluid burping situation. Have not needed to drive the Jeep.

I had heard good things about College Collision, I have been there customer from a minor repair, and went in with high expectations, but my recent experience was disappointing. To start, it took about a week before any work began on my vehicle. This delay was not communicated in advance. I was later told that the main mechanic had been sick, which is completely understandable. However, a simple message explaining the delay and offering the option to keep my car a bit longer would have gone a long way. Regarding the repair itself, my Jeep had damage to the right rear corner after being hit by another truck. The sheet metal work was done well, but the paint quality was below expectations. It has what’s often referred to as a “five-foot paint job”—even a non-expert can easily notice differences, including an “orange peel” texture and a slightly paler color compared to the rest of the vehicle. When I picked up the car, it was clear the work had been rushed. The alignment with the rear door was off, though the mechanic was able to improve it by adjusting the latch. More concerning, however, were several issues that should not occur in a quality repair shop: there was a rattling noise after the repair, the top was not properly installed, a cable from the rear light had been pinched, and the tabs on a plastic cover were broken. The cover had simply been placed over the opening and fell off immediately. These kinds of details are disappointing and suggest a lack of attention to quality control. While some aspects of the repair were done well, the overall experience did not meet expectations.
