I’ve been introduced to College Collision in the summer of 2002 when my late son Damian had his vehicle repaired following a strange accident caused by a car tire that separated from the car and slammed head on into my late son Damian’s car. He took it to College Collision and had it fixed as it was covered by insurance. I’ve always been happy with the quality work done by them. Thank you.

They did an amazing job color matching, you'd never know there used to be a huge dent in the side of it. The only thing I noticed was two specks where something got underneath the paint while it was being painted. However you'd never notice standing more than five feet away and you'd probably notice the existing chips on my hood before you noticed the specks. Overall, I would absolutely go to them again if I needed more repair work done.

Very friendly people, they kept me informed about the process and didn't scold me for asking if my vehicle would be done before the weekend, the scolding being something I'm used to with other shops in town.

Errors in initial accident screening caused major delays with parts not being ordered. We were without a work vehicle for two weeks while it sat in their yard. Errors in work caused delays, window broken. The latest repair took three weeks and the final product was missing trim, some obvious screws and door pad parts. It didn’t leave me with confidence for the fixes in the areas I couldn’t see. The front desk person did well in communicating the delays. My car was assessed by College collision mid to late December. I picked it up today July 24. I feel that seven months to complete a repair, and still have small finish parts coming, is way beyond an acceptable timeline.

My original repair date was canceled and I was not notified. I was told it was canceled because the parts had not been paid for yet which I was waiting for the insurance company to issue the check. I understand the appointment had to be canceled but I feel I should have been notified prior to.

Initially was told they would figure something out since my truck was too big for the paint booth. 2nd I originally said not to remove the cap. But they said it need to be removed. I went in since there was a way to remove the wires to get the cap off. 3rd, everything had to come out of the bed. 4th delayed another week or 2 awaiting a piece of molding. Which molding is usually plastic and would not hinder getting body work and paint completed. 5th since the interior of the truck was used as parts storage it was dirty as hell. In the end the Tech that worked on my truck takes pride in his work and did a great job. I've not had a chance to fully test the other systems that needed disconnected from my sleeper build but that will be getting done this weekend.

There’s scratches on my roof by the door that was replace, the door seal was also torn and I now have to slam the same door to close all the way.
