Does not call back when they report they will or after leaving a message, no communication between shipping parts and client or college collision would give incorrect time frames, and they did not completed out all parts back. My hood was not connected to my car nor was the latch attached to the body frame and I almost had my hood pop up on the highway. Customer service definitely needs work.

The staff and work was excellent. I just had to be patient. It took longer to get the part for the repair. This is not college collision center’s fault. The current times being what they are and being in Alaska are the reason for the length of the repair. So the service and repair was excellent, as a customer you should just be patient.
