Polite and pleasant. Only issue is that they couldn’t give accurate finish dates, and didn’t contact us to let us know it was going to take longer. We had to be the ones reaching out. Finish date was estimated several times, each time changing. Maybe next time give client a date that’s later than anticipated so they can make appropriate vehicle accommodations. If done sooner, that’s great for client, otherwise they aren’t having issues due to having to return borrowed vehicle, finding rides, etc. Otherwise, a fine place, with fine work, and nice employees. Just lack of communication during process when it was going long (this happened a few times), and inaccurate pickup days that resulted in us having issues being down a vehicle.

My seats were folded down in the back so the cleaner person didn’t vacuum the seats themselves. I have gotten many compliments on how clean my car is. Everything from the time I called to driving out after the repair was fabulous!
