The repair seems to be working, but the way or was returned was very unacceptable. My truck was dirty with all the dirt and repair dust from the shop/ repair. It should have at least been cleaned, very poor service!😡

I had ask on 2 or 3 phone calls that my vehicle be serviced, including an oil change and new wipers. My oil is down to 10% after picking up the vehicle. The repair is good and the interior was cleaned well. I appreciate that. Now I have to plan on getting an oil change. I am a busy physician and my time is obviously valued based on my income. So, I was not happy about that not being done. I let the service deparmentanl and the body shop know. I maintain my vehicles! Ford dealerships like me to spend 40k or more but do not take my property seriously.

This was absolutely the very BEST experience I have ever had in my 50 years of car ownership. Ahria Trahan was amazing at listening to me, providing me with the details and information that I wanted and needed and the work was completed wonderfully and in a very timely manner during a holiday week.
