I want to particularly thank Ms. Ariah Trahan for taking care of us. She was immaculate in taking care of the repair process. She was exceptionally sensitive to our need and responded immediately whenever we called on any issue. She took care of the rental car, and also ensured that the repairs were perfectly done, and any finishing that had to be done was done perfectly. She is the best car care person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I asked to receive updates every day and do not receive. Though I understand there may not have been much the only messages I got were telling me that the car had been started over a week and a half later and that the car was just needing to be washed/qc. I was also told the car would be ready by a specific date and did not get the car till the following week.

The repair seems to be working, but the way or was returned was very unacceptable. My truck was dirty with all the dirt and repair dust from the shop/ repair. It should have at least been cleaned, very poor service!😡
