The fact that both rear doors were squeaking, slipped through the cracks and the responsible person was not told about that aspect of the repair. However, somehow, the doors no longer squeaked when I picked up my car.

Collision Repair kept me well-informed about the status of my vehicle. When I was able to get my vehicle after repairs, I was surprised how nice my vehicle looked. It had been washed and vacuumed. Everyone was very nice and supportive. I would use Collision Repair again, if needed.
