the 4 % for CC use to pay for $ 500.00 deductible. Now had additional $ 20.00. charge unexpected at time. and using cash to save the 4%.

The word that was done on my vehicle was quite exceptional. The cleanliness the timing overall, the staff responding to my calls and keeping me updated on my vehicle as it went along. The actual repair job is satisfactory. Quality includes the time to do the job, the communication involved and value of dollars spent for the work done. Time to do the job was unfavorable aside from the time to get the parts. The communication was terrific throughout the process. The value is unfavorable. $15K total and $9K on labor?!? No wonder insurances don’t payout! That’s more than what surgeons get to work on human bodies! And this was just a fender!!!

I only wish that the bumper was completely flush. Although it's not that noticeable, and I probably only really notice it because I know what it looked like prior. I still like the care they took with my Becky. Hopefully, I will never need to use them again. However, would definitely refer someone else.
