Don’t know if there will be another option for me to comment on this. Two things: 1) My brand new tire (bought it 3 days prior to accident) was replaced and billed to insurance for no reason. Tire was not damaged at all. I was billed a “betterment” fee, when the tire replaced was manufactured the 12th week of 2025 and the tire I had bought was manufactured the 26th week of 2025. So my tire that I had just bought was newer than the one replaced. So this was not a betterment, I ended up with a slightly older tire. 2) My windshield wiper receptor was replaced, however you did not put any fluid in it, nor was I told there was no fluid in it. I found out when I tried to clean my windshield and all I did was smear dirt on my window as I’m driving with the sun in my face and a now dirty windshield with near zero visibility. Needless to say it was a dangerous situation.

Even though the color did not match initially, the CUSTOMER SERVICE and professionalism was OUTSTANDING. Problems will always arise with ANY business, however correcting the problem is the most important thing for a customer.

I brought my car to Collision Care Xpress after an accident, and I can confidently say their high ratings are well deserved. From start to finish, the customer service was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was personable, helpful, and truly cared about keeping me informed. They provided updates throughout the entire repair process, so I was never left guessing. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. Highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.
