I had important stickers affixed to my windshield such as my Boca Raton Parking permit and my I95 express lane. In the past when I did a windshield replacement I would be handed the stickers. Without the old sticker I have to purchase new stickers

This was my first experience with CCE. I am pleased with the quality of the work and will recommend CCE to others with a warning about the communication issues. Again, I appreciated the courtesy of employees every time I called. Just wish I would have been kept informed with accurate information.

Everyone was polite and friendly but I was disappointed with the lack of communication while my car was at the shop. I initiated weekly calls, no one reached out to me with updates. I was often told someone would call me back, but they never did. Different employees gave me conflicting information so I never knew what to believe. Everyone was always polite, but not reliable with communication. I was relieved to get my vehicle and discover the good quality of work. I feared the quality would be comparable to the communication.

No one ever called me to give me any updates on my car. I had to call everyday multiple times a day to even speak to someone. Anytime I left a voicemail no one got back to me. Anytime I called it was rare anyone ever answered the phone. I was assured by two people my car would be done on a Friday, I took time off of work to pick it up but it wasn’t ready. When I finally did pick up my car, the woman who was ‘going over everything’ with me couldn’t even tell me what area of my car was repaired, she was asking me. So I have no idea exactly what was even repaired on my car. When I got my car back, a piece of the trim completely fell off. Service was absolutely horrendous.
