From the moment I walked in Mariana was kind and helpful then I dealt with Sheila and she expedited the car rental portion while I worked with Ryan on the repair estimate. Chelsea sent constant updates including issues that Ryan was having with Allstate. Ryan worked through those issues and I’m very glad that I chose Collision Care Express. Everyone one was kind and super helpful. Everyone knew their job and the place ran like a well oiled machine, when it was all said and done I left feeling like I was family!

the car is fine but the repair took more than 4 weeks, considering that the initial estimate was 10 days - no mayor additional issues, just delays. on top of that, i had to cover one insurance payment that was confirmed but the money was not in your account. that was 10 days ago. im still trying to get my money back (i already did several follow ups). that was the only way to get my car back on Oct 4th. not ideal.
