A lack of communication with the insurer and coordination with the source of parts firm. Took much too long for a not so significant repair.

We went there as it is a State Farm recommended repair shop. I wonder why???

The car was driven home. Half hour later it wouldn’t start. You had to come to our house to jump it. Why didn’t you either drive it around for awhile or tell us to do that? Much time wasted. Also, there are LOTS of scratches on the car that were not there before and not caused by the accident. We have to go back again to have them buffed out, if that will be possible. And one rear light doesn’t work. I called, left a message, no one called me back. The actual repair seems to be done well. Not to happy about the rest.
