The car looks really nice. I looks like it’s almost brand new. I appreciate that they washed the car and cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car. There are a few small things that are being attended to. They did a good job on the repairs that were needed to fix the hail damage.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The work that they did complete looked good (replaced and painted front bumper cover and fog lights.) However the work they missed was glaring. After our accident our Hood was pushed to the side so the panel actually overlapped with the front quarter panel. The front grill was completely loose so I duct taped it in place. The window washer sprayer was completely loose and hanging by the hose. They didn't see or fix any of that stuff. They didn't even wipe the duct tape residue off the grill after they fastened it back in position, at which point it still didn't align well with the rest of the front fascia. We showed them the hood still misaligned and I took it back for 20 minutes and adjusted it, clearly something is still bent because the panel gaps are way out of whack. I would have expected much closer attention to detail with them knowing that insurance was paying. The other party was at fault for this accident and I wanted my vehicle returned to good condition, and it just wasn't.

they went above and beyond and finished the job quicker than they thought! they even repaired some exterior body work that wasn’t listed to be fixed. amazing experience and service.

My car still isn’t fixed and the headlight that was reinstalled points up and people think I have my bright lights on.
