We have been in the collision industry for over 30 years and we repair all makes and models with quality repairs that are warrantied. All our staff is state certified and trained/certified yearly. We honor all insurance companies and work hand in hand to ensure a quick and quality repair. When we have completed the repairs your vehicle is cleaned inside and out to the highest standard. Do you need a loaner vehicle? We have a fleet of loaner vehicles available if you don't have rental coverage on you insurance coverage. We are open daily at 7:30 a.m. (expect weekends and select holidays) and are happy to help you answer any questions you might have. The best part about us is the fact that we treat everyone like family and will not cut corners. This is George Shamie, it was my Taurus that was fixed. I think Joe did a great job. Vickie was very nice and helpful as well. I couldn’t have been happier with the two of them. Great job at putting the customer first. That is the way it’s done! I am a consultant and I use ISO 9001 and 14001. I have no complaints just a very satisfied customer. Making the customer happy should be everyone’s #1 goal. They did just that.

Took 3 months for my car to get in. I realize getting parts is a problem though. It also took repeated calls between my insurance and Friendly Ford to get my deductible status corrected… not sure who to blame that one on. In the end though, everything turned out great.
