I am beyond happy with the service I received. My vehicle is back to 100% right, and Liz (the receptionist/boss lady) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Furthermore, the communication of where my repairs were at , as far as progress while working on, was outstanding. IF I ever have to have body work/structural work done on one of my vehicles EVER again, I would INSIST that Mack's does the work. Phenomenal experience overall, especially considering how distraught I felt at the onset of this unfortunate situation to start
