Very poor communication. Never called to say they had the adjuster out and started work. I called them and was told the car would be ready Monday. Then Friday they called and said it was ready- I was on my way out of town . They said I would have to call the insurance company if I wanted the rental paid for the weekend. ( it was the person who hit me insurance company) anyway I did go pick it up making me 45 minutes late to where I needed to be. They could have called the day before and told me that . I would have gone earlier instead of being so stressed out .

A lot of things were unfinished, missing screws holding door, wheel lock missing, damage to hood, rear light not plugged in, plastic shield on the bottom of the car, not secured, door still not aligned and also hood missing bracket for front of car fog light area, lights are coming on in car for tire pressure sensor and backup sensor.

There was so many things that were incomplete or not fitted back together. The under carriage or under the engine plastic shield clips were all detached and plastic was hanging while driving started to flap and make a lot of noise had to pull over and secure, red lights were left. Unplugged could not signal to the right because harness was not put back together two deep scratches on the hood driver side top screws missing from door hinges, wheel lock missing from car tire pressure sensor malfunction. Backup system malfunction, right rear light harness were left unplugged.
