My initial feeling about CCE was that every member of the staff who I talked to or interacted with at all, was very helpful and nice. Melissa makes a very good first impression, and Rusty made me feel good about leaving my car with you all, as this was my very first time of having to file an insurance report for anything. The work was done in a very short time and I am completely pleased with the finished job! My car looks brand new!! Thanks to everyone who touched her in any way. You all are amazing!!

When I dropped off their was a rubber mount that I asked to be put back on the back window and was told they would do this. Not done rubber piece was in my back seat. Car was clean. Pin stripe on front drivers side corner came up I put it back down. Also with all the work I have had done on this car I would have thought the owners would be more lenient with the storage fees and such. I admitted things were my mistake and such but to charge 60 dollars a day was not even fair. Paid a thousand which is what I thought. still again not blaming anyone but myself for this mistake but a bit of compassion would have made me what to do business in the future with you. I may rethink my position in the future.
