My emergency brake is very low and does not work. It was working fine before taking the car even after the accident. I saw pics tires were removed and something might have not been put back nproperly

Only negative was time it took to get replacement parts, resulting in the 5 1/2 mos. it took to get my vehicle back.

I have received this email several times and I finally decided to send in this survey. I am only giving a 6 due to the fact that my car is still not finished. They are not able to locate a part. Over a month. When I did receive my unfinished car it still had marks from the marker they used to point out the areas that required repairs. I also did not receive a quote that i requested when I dropped off my car.
