Al is an incredibly friendly and personable person. I really enjoyed getting to know him, so it's not about personality at all. That said, the only critique I can offer is that I called for every update I received and I only called once per day because Al told me Monday my car was underway and if they didn't get it done he thought they would be finished by Tuesday. The timeline offered shocked me because I assumed at least 7 days. I would say 1.) Don't give a timeline unless it's fairly certain. 2.) Don't make the client call for every update.

WE ALL HAVE BEEN TO A BODY SHOP AT SOME POINT AND I CAN BET THAT NONE OF THESE PLACES GAVE YOU A TOUR OF THEIR WORKING AREA. THIS BODY SHOP DID. THAT SHOWS PRIDE AND CONFIDENCE IN WHAT THEY DO. ALSO BE ASSURED THAT THEY WILL NOT BE PRESSURED BY ANY INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND WILL FIX YOUR CAR ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURE GUIDELINES
