I'm very satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of Color Recon. They helped me understand exactly what my car needed to repair my vehicle properly. They helped me deal with my insurance company, which only wanted to do the very minimum repairs. Color Recon gave me the knowledge and understanding on how to advocate for myself -- resulting in getting my auto insurance company to pay for the necessary repairs to get my vehicle back to pre-accident condition. They did an excellent job on the repair!

Not being opened on Saturdays isn't reasonable. Closing the afternoon of NYE and not telling my adjustor was not okay. He told you I would come later to pick it up but you didn't tell him you were closing.
