Good job but disappointed that the scratch on rear quarter was not addressed. We were told that if it could not be buffed out, we would be called to discuss alternatives, and weren’t. Now I have a scratch I still need to have fixed. What was fixed looks great, just needed to have more communication about the remaining scratch.

Had the windshield treatment done and am supposed to receive a maintenance kit but no one has explained what I need to do to get said kit. Emailed Glassparency and am still waiting on a response. For such an expensive windshield treatment I feel like these should be things I shouldn’t even have to worry about.
