I have no idea of completed work quality , as I never saw finished product after service.

I have no ideas of the quality of work that was completed on car. Never any updated as to status towards completion . I called to check and my call was not returned on that date. I never talked to a repair specialist as to the steps of the work done. I was called not on number (cell) but on house phone. I retrieved the call later , as to not at home. I ‘m left to assume to whatever was wrong was fixed. The car was clean on pick up and transferred by the supply technician. The best communication I received was by the receptionist , and he was very friendly and gave the best information possible.

I’ve been called three times and told that my car was ready for pick up… it is still incomplete. Also, this survey was sent prematurely as well as my car is still in the shop and I’ve received several communications to ‘complete’ this survey.
