We received mixed messages from the shop. We would get a call saying it’s done and then a call later saying it wasn’t. Ultimately we appreciate the work was re-done due to quality inspection but it was frustrating to be told it is complete before it really was.

Originally discussed replacing my bumber with a new one vs to repairing mine that was damaged from my accident. Of course upon picking up my vehicle I noticed the same bumper on the car just repaired. The finish product was ok maybe 7 out of 10 but knowing it was repaired with previous damaged parts saving the insurance company money vs to taking care of the customer kept me from giving a hire score, My service was ok nothing exceptional. Room for opportunity but over all they were ok

My tires was not the reason for my repairs, but while my vehicle was in the collision center my tires were taken (stolen) or they're have been beat up so badly that they don't look the same. The don't ride the same. My vehicle doesn't ride as smooth as it did. My tire alert signal has been on since I picked up my vehicle. Also there's a chip that hasn't been repaired where my driver's side front door and quarter panel meet.

Objects taken from my vehicle. Payment concussion requested over a thousand dollars more from me. CC staffer argue about my insurance not paying; but the insurance company provided proof of electronic payment. And more! Horrible
