Collision Correctors was acquired by brothers Richard and Gary Gardella in October 2018 and is part of the OC Automotive Resources family of companies. While Collision Correctors is a newer addition to their organization, the Gardellas bring more than 20 years of collision repair experience from their flagship location, County Line Auto Body in Howell, NJ. Since acquiring the facility, they have invested in equipment, technology, and employee development to ensure customers receive the same high level of service, communication, and quality repairs that have become the standard across their organization. The entire process was great. Great communication and really easy to work with. The customer service when we arrived to pick up our vehicle was great. The two gentlemen were so happy, polite and really just made the experience.

I was very happy with the entire process. I have dealt with other body shops and I rate Collision Correctors as one of the best. Consistent communication/updates during the entire process. the work was great and my truck was delivered back to me very clean inside and out. I highly recommend this team and I will be sure to use them again should I find myself in another accident.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair. However, the experience of having to go through NJM has been nothing but a complete nightmare. I did not get a response or a call back for over 3 1/2 to 4 weeks the agents all seem very apprehensive to actually want to help.

Collision Correctors charged a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. This added $50 extra to my $500 deductible. The highest surcharge I have ever paid was 3.5 %, which is consistent with what I have seen online. The shop made a profit on my use of a credit card. A surcharge is intended to cover the cost of the fee that a credit card company charges a merchant. I was never informed about this when I first brought my car to the shop. It took 30 minutes to get there and 30 minutes back to get there. On a positive note, the repair coordinator, Tom, was excellent. He provided me with timely updates about the repair and had a pleasant personality. If my review was based solely on my experience with him, this review would have been positive.

I drove 25 miles to Collision Corrector because it was an NJM preferred body shop and it was Tesla certified. The excellent Google reviews also influenced my decision. The estimator assigned to my repair, Tom Lowden, did a superior job of communicating with me regarding the extent of damage to my car and the progress of the repair. My car was ready on the projected completion date, I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. I would definitely use the shop again and recommend it to my family members and friends.
