Collision Correctors was acquired by brothers Richard and Gary Gardella in October 2018 and is part of the OC Automotive Resources family of companies. While Collision Correctors is a newer addition to their organization, the Gardellas bring more than 20 years of collision repair experience from their flagship location, County Line Auto Body in Howell, NJ. Since acquiring the facility, they have invested in equipment, technology, and employee development to ensure customers receive the same high level of service, communication, and quality repairs that have become the standard across their organization. Wa-owww! My family have all used Collision Correctors for repairs on their vehicles and all of them were more than satisfied with the job they did. When I had an unfortunate accident and took my vehicle to Collision Correctors in Bayville, they completed the job quickly, and my car was fixed ahead of schedule. When I saw the repair and detailing on my car, I was highly impressed. They did a better than beautiful job! The staff was so friendly and nice (especially Alyssa), and kept me apprised of where they were in the process along the way. I feel like my car is 10x worse now after dropping it off in their care. They fixed the bumper and everything that was requested but have messed with the cars system. I had a prior existing check engine light for a small sensor that I knew about and I was informed by the person who drove my car up that they tried to diagnose it and reset it, which I didn’t ask for but couldn’t figure it out. In turn it made the forward collison warning system go haywire. I brought the car back in after picking it up due to the system going go everytime I drive it now, which is NEVER has and was told it probably has something to do with the light that’s on, and I said it’s been on for awhile, it’s never happened. They looked at it briefly again and pinned it on me saying it’s because of my car issues and wouldn’t do anything. On top of that my car has now shaking and studder issues that it NEVER had before going here. I am severely upset with the experience that I’ve endured though this collision place.
