My Experience

I do appreciate how quick my car was repaired. The workmanship was great even causing my mom to compliment it and she is a hard customer to please. I brought it in on Monday and it was done on Friday. However, upon retrieval, my car was super dusty and had a bunch of scratches on the top and side of the car and on the glass. The repair was great but seeing the extra scratches on my car was not. I rate Collision Experts a 4.1/5. Had the car not been so dusty, and the extra scratches were removed, I would’ve given them a 5/5.

I was extremely disappointed in how my car was cared for after the hit and run. I needed my mirror replaced, but additional expenses felt unnecessary and excessive. What should’ve been $300-$500 came out to $1000, and although I understand labor costs, I would’ve appreciated if the parts I gave were used instead of buying brand new, pricey parts that cost me way more. From my perspective, it seemed as if smaller tasks were stretched out just to make extra cash. I know a young woman who just got in a hit and run seems like an easy target to scam money out of, but finding loopholes to get more money is insulting and demeaning.
