My car was rear-ended. Initially I was told it would take 7 days for repairs. To my surprise, I got a call three days later saying it was ready! Very happy with how quick it took and their communication was on point. Would highly recommend this place

I was extremely disappointed in how my car was cared for after the hit and run. I needed my mirror replaced, but additional expenses felt unnecessary and excessive. What should’ve been $300-$500 came out to $1000, and although I understand labor costs, I would’ve appreciated if the parts I gave were used instead of buying brand new, pricey parts that cost me way more. From my perspective, it seemed as if smaller tasks were stretched out just to make extra cash. I know a young woman who just got in a hit and run seems like an easy target to scam money out of, but finding loopholes to get more money is insulting and demeaning.
