Great customer service, very attentive since I walked in, they told me they would fix my car in and they fixed it in the time they told me .. very satisfied with the shop my car looks so nice now I think even better than before the incident.. one thing I also liked is they call you or text you as they are working on your 🚗 very good communication, it was actually the best decision to bring it to COLLISION EXPERTS.. I have never been in an accident since I received my driver’s license 10 years ago and have only heard horror stories of having to get your car repaired. Let me start by saying Matt made this process so smooth from beginning to end. He kept me in the loop via phone and text and updated me whenever he saw fit.
