I had another repair done a few years back and the fenders did not line up. They were supposed to fix it but he said he can't.

Fred is the owner and at first seemed initially helful. I understand that it may be a busy shop... when calling to ask about a simple question about taking my car to a mechanic while my car was at their shop and I was sent am apparently a robot text saying my car was under repairs. I was honestly calling to inquire about this text and was had a conversation that made me feel he was speaking to me in a condescending manner. I was just trying to understand since I've never had my car stolen and frustrated with the whole process dealing with the whole process just with the insurance adjuster at National General. He even said "you're lucky I'm even working on your car!" He was disregarding and threatened to stop the work on my car as a priority because of our conversation. Even after I apologized because he tried to make it make sense to me and even after telling him it was the lack of communication from my insurance. I even said I would contact my adjuster and talk to them. He continued to make it seem I was the problem. Although my car was supposedly completely fixed. My car broke down on the fwy a few days later and smelled like gas. and it shakes when I brake on the fwy. My fuel line was not properly connected and gas leaked all over my engine while i was on the fwy. Thankfully the tow truck guy caught it the next morning. I could've caught on fire while driving. They fixed my body work but didn't have my car inspected completely. Now, I need to get it checked again but don't want to use them to do it. I alsoread the reviews about his condescending mannerisms.

I was not happy with my initial intake I was given no time to say much they guy just walked and talk and was busy was too busy.
