The Mgr. Auday was very professional & he provided exceptional customer service. He thoroughly went over the process of the work that would be needed to repair my car. I was very pleased with the work done on my car. Auday’s staff was very polite & professional. I will recommend this repair shop to my family & friends. Excellent service!!!!. Collision experts did everything right. Day 1: They gave me a rough estimate on the cost of the damages and told me that in order for them to make an accurate assessment on price, I would have to leave my car overnight for them to look at closely. Upon close inspection of my car, Collision experts called me with an accurate quote and requested for me to think about my decision to go forward and let them know when I made a decision. I have never experienced a mechanic, body shop, paint shop etc. ask me to think about it. I legitimately felt like they wanted me to make a sound decision depending on my circumstances. I never felt rushed. When I told them I wanted to go forward with the repairs, they gave me an update halfway through the process and gave me time to pick up my car. Day 8: picked up my car and was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome!! I serious could not tell there was damage at all. And all for a good and fair price! I have already referred them to several people and will most definitely be returning in the future!

Awesome paint job on my 2012 Toyota Tacoma. Paint matches Leer cover and bed perfectly. They also gave a schedule for work and was less than the time scheduled. I will use them again for any body work and paint work for my vehicles.
