My experience with Crash Champions was exceptional. I have had service at this site numerous times. Always professional and welcoming. I found the staff amazing. I’m not sure what training you give them but it sure makes me feel special. A special shout out to LACEY. The young lady at the front desk. I have observed her to be organized and thorough. Very kind and happy. All great attributes to Customer service. The quality of their work there is beyond believable. I’ve had other cars worked on at other places, but here at CC they make my car like it was a brand new car thank you. Please pass this info down to Lacey.

Friendly service from all team members, including the cute dog! Timely completion of work. Quality work and went above and beyond - my car was clean inside and out when I picked it up - even my wheels/tires were shiny! Great job. The doors open and close well now. The Lead person working on my car kept me informed via phone at the progression of my repairs. I was able to pick up my car ahead of schedule and I received constant updates via text of the progression of my repair work. Staff were friendly and supportive.

I was pretty satisfied with the work done. Only thing I would recommend (if it’s even possible) is to disclose/explain whether parts ordered are aftermarket and if they will have a slight cosmetic difference. If this was explained before hand i would have been completely satisfied.
