Not all the commitments were met that I signed up for when I dropped the vehicle off, but the owner did explain why when I picked up the vehicle on the promised date. My only complaint was I could have gotten my vehicle back a week or two earlier if I had known they weren’t going to make all the repairs that I had signed up to have done.
