Chris from Collision King is absolutely helpful and cheerful. He on his own had a look at the door that was causing the problem and quickly understood it. Still, he thoroughly checked it in detail. He explained the repair in detail so that I know what I am going to signing for. His associates at the front desk are also very helpful. They walked me through the insurance process with so much of patience. They send helpful repair-status text messages during the course of repairs. the customer service was great for the most part the repairs seem to all be in tacked me being lil picky n big on details i can see some imperfections on my paint on the hood lil dents & fish eyes ina couple of places hood still lil out of adjustment. I had another autobody shop owner tell me he would of replaced both radiator hose as well when installing the new radiator n family agreed which i thought chris said he would replace both just saying. My strong belief is if u say your gona do something u should follow through to keep a great reputation right? Other then that the staff was great very friendly,the owner chris and front desk staff were great! soo there ya go u want my input there ya go thanks for fixing my car over all. Peace guys!! 😎👍🏾
