Everyone that I spoke with throughout the process was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what was involved with the repairs necessary. I appreciate all the great attention to detail on the finishing of my repairs. Thank you for taking the extra time to get me back and forth to the car rental also. Your driver is an asset to your company and really talked up the quality of the workers involved with the repairs. Kudos to everyone! I am thrilled that 9 co-workers told me to use Collision Leaders!

I have my concerns on the negotiating process and the final payout of work performed.

The insurance quote I received was negotiated between INS and Collision Leaders at $2,004.21. During the week of the repair, until the last hour, your estimate was under $2,000. At bill payment, the total came to $2,277.66. Why should I pay the original quote vs the negotiated quote? I had to pay out of pocket of $273.43. The repair was done very well, but now I have to bear the burden of this difference financially.

They were great to work with. There was a short delay on getting parts but once the parts were there it got done very quickly and looks great! Truck was also cleaned and looked beautiful inside and out!
