Front desk staff and estimator were friendly and helpful. My vehicle wasn’t ready when I was told it would be. We had to be out of town when it was ready but Collision Leaders kept it until we were able to pick it up. Car looks great!

The alignment of the hood and fender was significantly off upon arrival and the hood wouldn’t open upon first inspection. These were corrected. The engine bay was still covered in deer hair and plastic bits and engine coolant was on the top of the engine, creating a strong smell of burning coolant. I washed the coolant off and corrected that. I’m am still waiting to have the front bumper wrap and fender alignment corrected, they are waiting on me to schedule a day for this. The paint color match is spot on and the paint finish is great. The customer service is outstanding. Based on the inconvenience of having additional work done, I was fully expecting a discount on my deductible but this didn’t occur.

I didn't realize the Eaton family had retired so I was leery of having my antennae fixed. However, Sandra assured me that they still had many of the same people working and not much had changed in the day to day business. I'm glad I chose to stick with Collision Leaders and received the same great service as always. I noticed my car had been vacuumed and washed as soon as I got in which was just the icing on the cake. Rest assured that you'll continue receiving the same great service from the same great people!
