The shop never called me in the beginning to even tell me that my vehicle was in their position after it was towed there. They never contacted me I had to contact them every time except at the end when my vehicle was almost repaired. It took nearly a month to fix my vehicle and I had to rent a car and had to pay the insurance on that vehicle which totaled almost $2000. The work they did is amazing but their communication was horrible and the amount of time It took to fix was incredibly long. Communication is a big thing especially when someone is paying out of pocket on a rental.
