As I said before… great work but lots of frustration around when our car would be completed with no explanation why or anything else.

The work done on our car appears to be great… 1 week after - no problems found. So in the grand scheme of things, I guess good work is what counts. However, CMS is terrible at keeping commitments around the schedule. This presented a serious problem for me regarding transportation while they had my car.

They were very nice and polite! Felt bad being mad at them, but the inability to keep their commits on schedule is a problem… this is their business; they should know how long it is going to take once all the parts are onsite and work has begun.
