This was an awesome experience from start to finish. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! Michael Olivo was my rep who was thoughtful, helpful, and patient with me throughout the process, explaining every bit of detail I needed to know about the repair process. They worked directly with the insurance, and the process was seamless and stress free. Even the front desk staff was so friendly and kind and cheerful, always willing to help me and answer all my questions & inquiries. Very diligent & professional!

Repair was great but my odometer read 200 miles more than what was on the receipt given to me. Wouldn’t make sense for a test drive since it was all body work.

Would recommend place for paint work either for vehicles or parts. However would not recommend for collision work which requires tear down and re-assembly.

Overall the paint work from CMS was amazing. No fish eyes or runs in the paint. The paintwork was about as perfect as one would want from a highly renouned facility. However, the re-assembly of my vehicle was less than stellar. Upon picking up my truck I had to advise the estimator of many errors. The brackets for the heat exchanger were not bolted in and missing hardware. Also plastic support pieces for the bumper were missing and had to be located in the shop. Also parts that were to be returned to me had to be tracked down as they were not with the vehicle upon delivery. The estimator also noticed scratches on my grill that were not there prior to drop off which resulted in having to have the paint shop buff it out. This collection of errors all resulted in me waiting for the truck to be re-torn down and put back together correctly the same day of pick up. The estimator proceeded to have the tech evaluate the issues I pointed out. As a a result the bumper had to be removed and reinstalled by the tech to address the missing hardware and bracketery issues. The vehicle was then re-assembled a second time except now with a hood latch cable that was misrouted and a torn fog light harness and non functioning fog lights. The tech also left the estimator hanging and went on lunch break without the vehicle being certified as complete. Fortunately another tech stepped up and addressed the hood latch issue and attempted to fix the fog lights which had to be troubleshooted and fixed on my own time at home after I left. Also upon further inspection the driver side headlight mounting bracket was cracked after being torqued down too tight from using a neumatic tool. Overall the outcome of my truck's re-assembly appears to have been rushed and resulted in countless errors which could have been avoided had the tech taken his time and notified the estimator of any issues or problems re-assembling the vehicle. I do want to give credit to the Estimator Alex Nguyen for helping me get these issues taken care and for being apologetic and helpful in the situation. I still remain confident in the quality of paintwork at CMS and will gladly bring items or vehicles to be painted here. However I am disappointed and no longer confident that I will bring future vehicles here for tear down and re-assembly for collision repair.

It took over 1 month to repair rear bumper and they kept lying that the car will be ready next day or two for 2 weeks. There were no apologies for delay or lie from them. They should have been transparent about expected delays and apologies for the delays.

After what appeared to be a near loss, my girl has been returned to me with zero indication anything happened at all. All indications of any damage have been removed. The paint, PPF, and coating are unnoticeably matched perfect. I could not be more pleased with the professional atmosphere, attitude and results of CMS.

Experience could be much better. Took 3 months to take the car in. Lack of communication to give notice. Every time I had to call the shop for information. Car ended up being a total loss.
