It was honestly hard to deal with a shop that wasn’t local to me. We went here because of our insurance being partnered with them but the amount of back and forth proved to be a challenge. We had to miss time from work and even find family to take the truck over a couple times as well.

There was a discrepancy between their shop and another shop as to certain damage and ultimately they wouldn’t fix it as they claim it wasn’t damage from the deer. But the crack wasn’t there prior to the deer and there is now rust coming through where the crack is. This work had just been done in 25’, so not even 10 months prior. The other shop claims it did happen during the accident. So we are stuck. The truck had scuff marks down the opposite side with a peachy paint color that wasn’t there when we dropped the truck off. The bed of the truck didn’t line up well.
