The finished product is great, like new almost. Part of it included replacing one of the headlights. That has left me with one that looks brand new and one that is decidedly not new looking.

I was impressed with the excellent communication during the whole process. The whole process was seamless. The work done was great and the car looked like new. I would definitely recommend this shop and would have work done there again.

This is the best auto body shop out there !!! They make sure your happy. They contact you every few days to give you a heads up they set up the contact on the rental car place for me and they went above and beyond for me And for many others they did the work they said there were gonna do they also did a perfect paint match they vacuumed buffed did tires and just cleaned the car when I went to pick up my car I had walked past it in the parking I was like weres my car there like u just walked past it looked brand new .about 2 yrs ago a different body shop worked on it said things needed to be replaced and over charged insurance lost parts and did not even fix what was said and they did not match the paint the only contact from the other body shop was it done pick it up .. so any time you need your car body work done . Collision Plus auto body is the place to go no B's best shop in Western Mass old cars new car they do it all so when ur insurance wants you to go were ever it is the say say tel them you rather have ur work done at collision plus auto body and sorry if this is messed up I'm dyslexic thank you
