Car was rushed out. Once they got their money from the insurance they were done with me.

When I picked up my car the first time it was dusty one of the turn signals didn?t work a piece of molding was loose on the windshield and a seal was messed up on the door causing noise in the passenger compartment after the repairs were done the car pulled to the right while driving

The shop didn?t call me when they said they would. I had to call the shop only to be rushed to come get my car. When I had a problem with the way the car pulled to the right (after it didn?t pass alignment three times) I was told it was within specs and there was nothing the shop could do.

Seems they are overbooked. Also seems Staff is enduring turnover which creates repetitive explaining from customer. Cars should be cleaned inside from workers
