I was charged for a part that should have been covered through insurance. My car was hit while being parked on the street and the other driver left a note claiming FULL responsibility for the damages. Collision Pro's was recommended through Geico (the other drivers insurance company) and initially said they would cover all costs of the repairs to my vehicle. After being disassembled I got a phone call saying that I had to pay 175.00 out of pocket for some part on my car that was in the exact area of the accident yet somehow not covered under insurance. It was too late to go to another shop because Collision Pro's had a 250.00 "disassembly" fee to pay after they take apart your vehicle that you must pay for the labor of taking apart your vehicle. I can only guess that this type poor business ethics has happened before and that's their way of getting out of paying for the entire repair needed for your vehicle. Overall horrible experience. Never going here again and letting my friends and family know never to go here either. Bad yelp review. The works. NOT HAPPY.
