It was important to me to support local businesses, which is the primary reason I chose A1 Collision Pros Body Shop. I had also used them 25 years ago with I had body work done. I was completely satisfied and more. They did excellent work. They have excellent customer service and did their best to keep the costs down within estimates of the body work. The one bonus from all of this is the driver assist had gliches from day one. This system had to be recalibrated and I discovered that once this was done, it is fully working now. The car will now detect stationary objects when parking and will now detect cross traffic cars moving rapidly toward intersections and slow my car down, which I find comforting. I take my car in for service every year at the dealer and they would update the software, yet never recalibrated the driver assist features. If not for this service, I would have never known there was a problem for over 5 years. What was impressive is that they filled the gas tank and after taking my money, the manager walked me to my car.

I would highly recommend using A1 Collision Pros. I went to them because I like to do business locally and I used them for repairs 25 years ago when I needed bodywork done. They are well known for their customer service and their management treats their employees well, which translates to wonderfully friendly customer service. They also do visually pleasing, good work. It starts with the customer service from. Chris which was phenomenal. I was a drop in. Chris quickly provided a comprehensive estimate and explained it clearly. Parts were ordered promptly and it was scheduled quickly. I received updates as the work was being done and it was finished as promised. It was even a little less than the estimate! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will enthusiastically recommend Collision Pros!
