Sarah did not return calls or keep us updated. We were told it would be ready in 4 days and it was 2 1/2 weeks. If we had been told that up front that would of been accepted but it was false promises. I do commend Neal who answered the phone one day and gave us phone updates as it went along. That was all we wanted.

I was met by no one from the repair. No one went over what was done. It was embarrassing and totally unprofessional to not have a person go over the work. I don’t what was fone and felt totally abandoned .. just get in your car and leave was the message. Embarrassing, inept and very poor cloture on a case.

At this point U don’t know what. They found it what was done except for their extensive list of what they took off and put on. I don’t understand some if the things on the list like what original parts we’re used (bumper itself) and what was from another cheaper source.

No one went over the car with me..,just handed me the keys. The bed of truck was lined with mud and some white substance. I rented from Enterprise there and I cleaned the rental truck inside and out. Whereas my trucks condition was embarrasssing and I took pictures to have a vehicle returned in such a manner. “Take it and get out” was the. Implied message to me.

See former paragraph. I did receive a TMI detailed printout of work but no one walked me through giving the truck back to me The original inspection lady was very nice and thorough. It was getting my dirty truck back and not hearing what the real damage they found from a human that frankly mystified me.
