NO, not even if they were the only game in town. There are too many body and auto shops out there to choose from; you should be able to do better. I am not sure if you don't have enough employees to finish the accepted jobs. Or you are not paying attention to details within the shop. Or your company's management skills are lacking. Or maybe your company has gotten too big for the structure you have in place. You had one shot with me and I have no reason to come back.

Although I am satisfied with the work done, the truck looks good so far. I am not satisfied with how long it took to complete the work. It took 5 weeks to fix my vehicle. Many excuses were given to me on why it was taking so long. Excuses such as problems with parts: they ordered the wrong part or the wrong part was sent. There was a problem with matching the paint color. They had a problem with the texture of the paint. When I called to check on the progress of the truck, I felt that I was being placated. The person answering the phone was professional; however, I felt she was not being truthful about the process. One time she said the truck was in the paint booth, but when we drove by, it was parked in the same spot it had been in for 2 days. She said that they had to send the truck down to Chico to be painted, but I don't think it left the lot.... What I assume is that Gerber has accepted too many jobs to complete them on time. They don't have enough employees to complete the work promptly. It looked like they didn't have enough employees to finish the jobs on site.

Although kind...... placate, placate, placate. One time, customer service said that she had to speak with the "TEAM" to see what was going on with my vehicle. I think she ran out of excuses and needed reinforcements on what to say. I would have understood, "We can't get to it; we're drowning in work.... instead she said.... "It should be done on Friday."...I'm telling you... There were several "Friday" promises made.
