It’s a tough one, I really wanted to like this shop, because the first initial contact was great.

The work seems to be fine, the major things anyways. The communication isn’t the greatest. It’s been a few weeks since I received my car back. They were supposed to do a follow up with my insurance to see if my tire pressure sensor was covered, and let me know. I still haven't heard anything back from them. My tire sensor pressure lite went on after the accident and I was told that this is normal wear and tear for the car and that it might have coincidentally came up the same time as the accident. They are saying I will have to most likely pay out of pocket because my insurance might not pay for it. If they ever let me know.

They did a wonderful fast job! The color match on the bumper was perfect! They found something when they removed the bumper and was able to get the parts and repair only took an extra day!! I really appreciate these guys! Thank you CSAA for recommending them as a preferred body shop!
