Sara/Renea were amazing through this whole process. Sara went above and beyond on so many levels dealing with my insurance company and helping with the process. She stood up for me and helped get through to my insurance company to have the issues resolved. Renea was so patient with all my calls and making sure I was getting calls back to all my questions and concerns. I don't think I would have gotten through all the issues with my insurance if it wasn't for Sara.

I went in to have photos taken of the damage, was told parts would be ordered and I would be called for an appointment. Almost a month later, I was called and asked if we were going through with the repair and when I confirmed, I was again told parts would be ordered and I would be called. I was called a couple weeks later to bring the car in and was told it would be “a couple days, probably.” A week later, I was told it would be another week. I finally got it back a week and a half after dropping it off.

The customer service was great from start to finish. Staff is courteous and happy to help me. The work on my vehicle was also a great job. This is our 3rd time taking a vehicle to the Red Bluff location and they have always done a great job.
