Took too long to get vehicle back. Didn't get it done when it was scheduled to go in. So had to pay for rental extra days when they didn't even work on the vehicle a week later

I would have liked more communication with the shop. I had to be the one to call them when my car was supposed to be done. Even on a day that it was supposed to be done they would not call to say that is was going to take longer
