I realize it was not the fault of Collision Pros, but it took so so long for the parts to come in repairs to be complete. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience. They were very communicative, and even gave me a ride to pick up my car.

am not satisfied because they lasted 89 days repairing my car when I thought that in 30 days it would be ready and I was going to ask what was going on and they just called me back after a while and they never called me back a terrible communication they do not understand that one occupies his car since it was the only one he had and when the 30 days had passed the insurance company was not covering my rental car since I had to pay for it out of pocket I would not recommend any family or friends this place I give them a 0 for his Serbians..

I will highly recommend them to family and friends and even complete strangers. I was totally pleased with my experience at Collison pros. I pray that I don't have to use them again because of car accident. But I can promise you this if I ever have to use a shop because of accidents or anything else pertaining to body work my first choice will be Collison pros

I am totally satisfied and all honestly if I could give them more then a ten I would. I never felt out of place. From the moment I went into there building I knew I was gonna be taken care of. My car was in the shop for 7 days and I just knew when I left there the day I dropped it off. I was in good hands
