Had there been more communication and they didn't send me away with buffing swirls and compound in my fender I'd recommend. Granted they did fix the swirls but that should have been done before I left with my vehicle. They were very nice about deswirling my trunk but I had to go out of my way to bring the car back in

A couple of scratches not related to the accident were not touched up, as the gentleman who checked me in said they would be, but aside from that I am very satisfied, everyone was polite, they did a nice job on the repair as far as I can see, they explained in detail when I had questions, and they returned my truck to me nice and clean. I would definitely recommend Collision Pros to a friend. Thank you all.

Didn’t hear from them until day before truck was ready. It was an estimate of 3 days. We got our truck back in 10 days without communication until the day before it was ready.
